Be Anxious for Nothing

WHAT IS WORRY?

Life is full of unknown outcomes. Ex: The Coronavirus. If we are certain we won’t or will contract it, we don’t worry. If we are certain we won’t contract it, we don’t think about. If we are certain we will contract it, we dread and fear the inevitable but we don’t worry about it.

When we are uncertain whether or not a desired or an undesired outcome will occur, our minds are pulled in different directions and this sets off a God-given alarm that warns us to do what we can to increase the likelihood of the desired outcome and decrease the likelihood of the undesired outcome.
